These terms govern your use of affiliates.orderlymeds.com, the site where creators in the OrderlyMeds affiliate programme sign in to see how their posts are performing and, if they choose, connect their TikTok account.
Buying medication is covered elsewhere. If you are an OrderlyMeds patient, the OrderlyMeds Terms & Conditions apply to that relationship. These terms are about the affiliate tool only.
1. Who may use this service
This service is for creators whom OrderlyMeds has accepted into its affiliate programme, and for the OrderlyMeds staff who administer it. Sign-in details are issued by your affiliate manager. You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account in your country and to enter into a contract where you live.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at support@orderlymeds.com if you think someone else has access. We may suspend a sign-in that appears to be shared or compromised.
3. Connecting a TikTok account
Connecting is optional and is done through TikTok's own login. By connecting, you confirm that the TikTok account is yours, or that you are authorised to connect it, and you permit OrderlyMeds to read the account information described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of producing your affiliate report.
You can disconnect at any time, from your TikTok settings or by emailing us. Your use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok's own terms, which we are not a party to.
4. What we provide, and what we don't promise
We show you the post and engagement figures we are able to read from TikTok. Those figures come from TikTok and are refreshed on a schedule, so what you see here can lag or differ from what TikTok shows you directly. We provide the report as-is for information: we do not warrant that it is complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and it does not by itself determine what you are owed.
5. Commission and the affiliate programme
These terms cover this website. The commercial terms of the affiliate programme — how commission is earned, calculated and paid — are set out in the separate agreement between you and OrderlyMeds. Where that agreement and this page differ on commercial matters, that agreement governs.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not try to access another affiliate's report or any part of the service you have not been given access to.
- Do not probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape the service or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not connect a TikTok account you are not entitled to connect.
- Do not use the service to do anything unlawful, or anything that breaches TikTok's terms or advertising and disclosure rules.
7. Your content and your account information
Your posts and your TikTok account remain yours. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to OrderlyMeds. You grant us permission to read and display the information described in the Privacy Policy solely to operate the service and the affiliate programme.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time; disconnecting your TikTok account or asking us to close your sign-in ends it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if your participation in the affiliate programme ends, or if we stop offering the service. We will handle your information after termination as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OrderlyMeds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost commission, arising from your use of this website or from any inaccuracy or unavailability of the figures it displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we will change the date above when we do, and material changes will be notified to affiliates who have signed in. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the parties submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Dover, Delaware, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. This matches the forum named in the OrderlyMeds Terms & Conditions.
