This policy explains what OrderlyMeds does with your TikTok account information when you, as a creator in our affiliate programme, choose to connect your TikTok account to your affiliate report. It covers this service only.
If you are a patient rather than an affiliate, this is not the policy that applies to you. See the OrderlyMeds privacy policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. No patient or health information is involved in this service.
Who we are
OrderlyMeds LLC ("OrderlyMeds", "we") operates affiliates.orderlymeds.com for creators who take part in its affiliate programme. Questions about this policy, or about data we hold about you, go to support@orderlymeds.com.
Connecting your TikTok account is optional
You connect your TikTok account yourself, through TikTok's own login screen, and only if you want your post performance to appear in your affiliate report. We never ask for your TikTok password and never receive it. You can disconnect at any time, and you can take part in the affiliate programme without connecting at all.
What we read from TikTok, and why
When you approve the connection, TikTok grants us the permissions below. We request nothing beyond them, and we read only your own account.

What the connection cannot do
- It cannot post, edit, schedule or delete anything on your account.
- It cannot read your direct messages.
- It cannot see private, draft or unlisted videos.
- It cannot see your followers, or anyone else's account.
- It never receives your TikTok password.
How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to produce the performance report shown to you in your own affiliate account, and to calculate affiliate programme results from it. We do not use it to build advertising audiences, we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effect, and we do not attempt to identify or profile anyone other than the connected creator.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
Access and refresh tokens are stored so the daily refresh can run, and are replaced as TikTok rotates them. Post and engagement records are retained while your connection is active so your report can show change over time.
When you disconnect — either by removing OrderlyMeds Affiliates in your TikTok settings, which notifies us automatically, or by emailing us — we stop reading your account and delete the stored tokens. To have the post and engagement records we already collected deleted as well, email support@orderlymeds.com and we will remove them.
Who else sees it
Your report is shown to you and to the OrderlyMeds staff who administer the affiliate programme. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. It is stored in Google Cloud Platform, which hosts this service for us under contract and may process the data only on our instructions.
Your choices
- Disconnect at any time — in your TikTok settings, or by emailing us.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it — email us and we will.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion and portability. Use the same address and we will respond as the applicable law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we read from TikTok or what we do with it, we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes will be notified to connected affiliates.
